Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente texto abordó la pregunta alrededor de la concepción corporal y la construcción discursiva de los cuerpos que devienen en hombres transmasculinos. En este sentido, se retoma la discusión sobre el cuerpo como ente que sustenta el ideal regulatorio de la sociedad occidental moderna y judeo-cristiana, que ha sido sedimentado hace alrededor de tres siglos, en donde los cuerpos de mujeres y hombres se han interpretado de manera dicotómica y excluyente bajo una mirada esencialista de las diferencias anatómicas de los cuerpos. Esto se hace evidente en los cuerpos TRANS, es decir aquellos cuerpos que no se reconocen con el sexo que fueron asignados al nacer, en este caso en particular los hombres trans, aquellos que fueron asignados como mujeres, pero construyen su identidad de género como hombres. A su vez, de qué manera habitan e intervienen su propio cuerpo, la ciudad y las redes sociales. Se plantea un recorrido que inicia con el planteamiento del problema donde se especifican los objetivos y la metodología realizada con 12 hombres trans, 6 que habitan Bogotá y 6 que habitan Medellín, especialmente. Luego es un ejercicio de escritura literaria donde se relata el trabajo de campo realizado: cómo se conocieron a los hombres trans, cómo fue el proceso de acercamiento y las diversas interacciones con ellos en los diferentes espacios. De ahí, se plantea el marco teórico que posibilitó hacer un acercamiento a la concepción moderna sobre el cuerpo y el espacio que ocupamos y de qué manera son interpretados de acuerdo a un momento histórico, un contexto particular y un lugar determinado. Los dos siguientes capítulos hacen un recorrido desde el descubrimiento de la identidad transmasculina, la búsqueda de información en Internet y de qué manera la familia, las amistades, la pareja y la ciudad, empiezan a transitar de acuerdo al cambio en la propia percepción y proceso de identificación. Seguidamente, los mecanismos que utilizan para hacerse reconocer como hombres en este espacio social y cultural, entre los que se encuentran: cambiar el nombre y/o el componente sexo en los papeles de identificación, iniciar una terapia de reemplazo hormonal o realizarse alguna cirugía como la mastectomía y/o la histerectomía. Así se cierra parcialmente un ciclo en el proceso de los tránsitos masculinos en estas dos ciudades correspondientes. No obstante, notodos llevan a cabo un proceso tan lineal como se suele creer, hay quienes no cambian sus nombres o el componente sexo en los documentos de identificación, o no desean tomar hormonas y tampoco hacerse intervenciones quirúrgicas, entre otros. Las variables empiezan a mezclarse, y no por eso son menos o más hombres, pero todos se encuentran bajo un mismo concepto el de hombre trans.

ABSTRACT: The present text of final grade presented the question about the bodily conception and the discursive construction of the bodies became transgender men. In this sense, is takes up discussion on the body as entity that sustains the ideal regulatory of the Jewish-Christian, and modern Western society that has been settled makes around three centuries, where the bodies of men and women have been interpreted in a dichotomic and excluding way bass a look essentialist anatomical differences in the bodies. This is made evident in them bodies TRANS, i.e. those bodies that is not recognize with the sex that were assigned to the birth, in this case in particular them transgender men, those that were assigned as women, but built its identity of gender as men. At the same time, how live and involved his own body, the city and the social networks.

There is a journey that begins with the approach of the problem where specified the objectives and methodology with 12 transgender men, 6 living in Bogota and 6 living in Medellin, especially. Then is an exercise in literary writing which tells the done field work: how they met the transgender men, how was the process of rapprochement and the different interactions with them in the different spaces. Hence, arises the theoretical framework that made it possible to make an approach to the modern conception of the body and the space that we occupy and how are interpreted according to a historical moment, a particular context and a particular place. The following two chapters make a trip since the discovery of the transgender male identity, finding information on the Internet and how family, friends, the couple and the city, begin to walk according to the change in the own perception and identification process. Then, the mechanisms used to be recognizing as men in this social and cultural space, which include: change the name and/or the component sex on identity documents, start hormone replacement therapy or any surgery like hysterectomy or mastectomy. So is partially closed a cycle in the process of the transitions male in these two cities corresponding. However, not all carry out a process as linear as it is commonly believe, there are those who do not change their names or component sex on identity documents, or they do not want to start any treatment hormonal, and either made surgical interventions, among others. Variables begin to mix, and not so are less or more men, but all are under the same concept of transgender men.
