Abstract

RESUMEN: El Objetivo del artículo es determinar, dentro del corpus kantiano, la relación de la Antropología en sentido pragmático con las llamadas obras de fundamentación de la moral. La tesis central es que la Antropología constituye una pieza fundamental de la teoría kantiana sobre la moralidad, incluso a pesar de ser una pieza teórica radicalmente distinta de esta, precisamente porque no se reduce ni al modo ni al objetivo de la teoría moral. Función de la Antropología sería ilustrar el principio de la moralidad, recogiendo y analizando los signos sensibles de la libertad. Así, la Antropología podría considerarse una semiótica de la libertad. Se tematizan, además, los límites del enfoque pragmático pero también las posibilidades que este ofrece para la antropología losó ca en general. ABSTRACT: This paper tries to determine, within the Kantian corpus, the relationship between of Anthropology in the pragmatic sense, and the so-called works that state the basis of morality. The central thesis is that Anthropology is an essential part of the Kantian theory of morality, despite the fact that it is a radically different theoretical part of it, precisely because it is not reduced to the means or purposes of moral theory. The function of Anthropology would be to illustrate the principle of morality by collecting and analyzing the visible signs of freedom. In this way Anthropology could be considered a semiotics of freedom. This text presents the limits of the pragmatic approach but also the possibilities it offers for philosophical anthropology in general.
