Diseño e implementación de un sistema de gestión del desempeño para la gerencia de estrategia y arquitectura empresarial del grupo Bancolombia

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo se realizó con el fin de diseñar e implementar un sistema de gestión del desempeño para la Gerencia de Estrategia y Arquitectura empresarial del Grupo Bancolombia. Inicialmente se caracterizaron los procesos para familiarizarse con el accionar de la Gerencia y obtener una visión clara de sus objetivos para plantear indicadores acordes a estos, luego se definió el sistema basado en los pasos enunciados en el libro Building a Performance Measurement System de Andrew Wolk, Anand Dholakia y Kelley Kreitz. Finalmente se calcularon los indicadores que permiten medir el desempeño de la Gerencia y se publicaron en los Tableros estratégicos de la Vicepresidencia de Servicios de Tecnología para que puedan ser vistos por el Vicepresidente de Tecnología y el Vicepresidente Corporativo.

ABSTRACT: The paper was made with the objective of design and implement a performance measurement system for the Strategy and Enterprise Architecture of Bancolombia Group. Initially it was necessary to identify every service provide by the area, obtaining a clear view of the strategic objectives. Then it was defined a system based on the book “Building a Performance Measurement System” written by Andrew Wolk, Anand Dholakia and Kelley Kreitz. Finally, the Key Performance Indicators that allow to show the quality of the services provide by the area were calculated and sent to the Strategic Board to be seen by the IT Services Vice-president and the Corporative Vice-president
