Neoextractivismo versus sistemas de vida de los pueblos indígenas de la Amazonia Colombiana

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este trabajo de grado versa sobre los impactos a los sistemas de vida de los 64 pueblos indígenas de la Amazonía colombiana producto de la incursión del sector extractivo respaldado en el discurso del Desarrollo adoptado por el Estado colombiano. De acuerdo con ello, en este documento se exponen los pormenores del debate en torno al concepto de “Desarrollo”, que ocupó un espacio importante en el horizonte del pensamiento antropológico desde las últimas décadas del siglo XX y que aún se mantiene vigente, cuestionando la validez del discurso en el contexto actual. Como alternativa se analizarán los sistemas de vida de los pueblos indígenas de la Amazonía Colombia -con los que he tenido contacto- fundamentados en sus saberes tradicionales y sus usos y costumbres. A partir de allí, se expondrán las implicaciones y afectaciones que ha tenido y que tendrá para estos pueblos indígenas la imposición del discurso del desarrollo, a través del Neoextractivismo, en sus territorios, con miras a reivindicar sus formas específicas de relacionarse con el mismo y sus sistemas de gobierno propio.

ABSTRACT: This grade work is about the impacts on the life systems of the 64 indigenous peoples of the Colombian Amazon as a result of the incursion of the extractive sector supported by the Development discourse adopted by the Colombian State. Accordingly, this document sets out the details of the debate around the concept of "Development", which occupied an important space on the horizon of anthropological thinking since the last decades of the twentieth century and still remains in force, questioning the validity of the peech in the current context. As an alternative, the life systems of the indigenous peoples of the Colombian Amazon - with whom I have had contact - based on their traditional knowledge and customs and customs will be analyzed. From there, i will expose the implications and affectations that it has had and that will have for these indigenous peoples, the imposition of the discourse of development, through Neoextractivism, in their territories, with a view to claiming their specific ways of relating to it and Your own government systems.
