Reivindicando el derecho a la ciudad y a la ciudadanía a partir de estrategias de apropiación territorial desde Ramírez, un barrio autogestionado en Bogotá

Abstract

RESUMEN: el presente trabajo de grado, corresponde a una inquietud por la conformación de las ciudades y el entramado de relaciones que al interior de éstas se teje, específicamente, sobre el tema de la transformación y apropiación del territorio urbano, por parte de la comunidad que habita en el barrio Ramírez de la ciudad de Bogotá. Así pues, este trabajo analiza tres aspectos fundamentales que han reinventado la cotidianidad del Barrio Ramírez: El barco pirata William, La Huerta comunitaria La luz de la montaña y la Radio comunitaria La Vox Populi; todas ellas iniciativas populares que han permitido llevar a cabo la transformación del territorio en aras de reivindicar el derecho a la ciudad, y a su vez, como alternativa de autogestión frente a las violaciones sistemáticas de derechos sociales básicos como consecuencia de un sistema político y económico que genera desigualdad y segregación entre los diferentes grupos sociales que constituyen el paisaje citadino.

ABSTRACT: the dissertation about the conformation of cities and the scheme of relations that are hatched, especially, on the subject of transformation and appropriation of the urban territory by the community which lives in Ramirez neighborhood in the city of Bogota, it is the concern that corresponds to this paper. Thus, this matter analyzes three foundations that have been reinvented in the daily life of Ramírez neighborhood: El barco pirata William (The pirate Ship William), the communal garden La luz de la montaña and the radio La Vox Populi; All the popular initiatives that have carried out on the transformation of the territory in order to claim the right to the city, and at the same time, an alternative of self-management to the systematic violations of the basic social rights as a consequence of a political and economic segregation, between the different social groups that constitute the city landscape.
