Reestructuración de un manual de convivencia escolar de una institución educativa, sistematización de una experiencia

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo contiene una sistematización de experiencia acerca del proceso de actualización y de reestructuración del manual de convivencia de una Institución educativa. Se describe el proceso que se llevó a cabo mientras ejercía mi labor como practicante de psicología. Se contó con la participación de un delegado de la secretaria de educación. Desde la institución se destinó un equipo de trabajo para ejecutar la reestructuración del manual de convivencia, encabezado por la coordinadora del establecimiento educativo. El objetivo de este trabajo es hacer de la experiencia vivida una sistematización registrada, evitando el anonimato, publicando el proceso del antes y el después del manual de convivencia escolar de un colegio, en el intento por actualizar y ajustarse al marco jurídico vigente.

ABSTRACT: The present work contains a systematization of experience about the process of updating and restructuring the manual of coexistence of an educational Institution. It describes the process that took place while I was working as a psychology practitioner. It was attended by a delegate of the education secretary. From the institution, a work team was assigned to carry out the restructuring of the coexistence manual, headed by the coordinator of the educational establishment. The objective of this work is to make the lived experience a registered systematization, avoiding anonymity, publish the process of before and after the manual of school coexistence in a school, in the attempt to update and adjust to the current legal framework.
