Clínica del autismo, de la desesperanza al encuentro

Abstract

RESUMEN: La presente investigación es el producto desarrollado en la maestría de Investigación en Psicoanálisis en la Universidad de Antioquia, respondiendo al interrogante acerca de la clínica con sujetos autistas, desde el psicoanálisis, y sus posibles desenlaces. Por lo cual se ha procedido en la revisión de textos y planteamientos inscritos en las ciencias sociales y en el psicoanálisis. El autismo, desde la formulación de su concepto en la psiquiatría es definido por las características y los comportamientos atípicos presentados por el niño o niña en comparación a otros de la misma edad. No obstante, se hace importante continuar el camino ofrecido por el psicoanálisis en la intervención clínica en la cual su objetivo está en el sujeto más que en el comportamiento mismo. De ahí se concibe una construcción de autismo como aquel sujeto que está fuera del discurso, del lazo con el Otro y de los objetos, debido a los efectos que causa el discurso que se dirige mientras existe una fragilidad en la constitución del yo, es decir, no se diferencia entre lo que es él y lo que no. La investigación permitió esclarecer algunos de los resortes que anudan el autismo con la clínica psicoanalítica misma, es decir, con el fenómeno de la transferencia, la relación con las palabras, la importancia de un acompañamiento con alguien quien que haya avanzado en su proceso de análisis, así como la forma de proceder clínicamente frente a lo que causa perplejidad. Con el autismo es pertinente tener en cuenta elementos como: El lugar de los padres, la función de los objetos, el efecto del objeto voz como goce, la importancia de la sorpresa como el instante de encuentro y el proceder clínico conservando las invenciones del niño.

ABSTRACT: The present investigation is the product developed in the Master of Research in Psychoanalysis at the University of Antioquia, answering the question about the clinic with autistic subjects, from psychoanalysis, and its possible outcomes. Therefore, we have proceeded in the revision of texts and approaches registered in the social sciences and in psychoanalysis. Autism, from the formulation of its concept in psychiatry is defined by the characteristics and atypical behaviors presented by the child compared to others of the same age. However, it is important to continue the path offered by psychoanalysis in clinical intervention in which its objective is in the subject rather than in the behavior itself. Hence, a construction of autism is conceived as that subject that is outside the discourse, of the bond with the Other and of the objects, due to the effects caused by the discourse that is directed while there is a fragility in the constitution of the self, that is to say , it is not differentiated between what he is and what is not.

The investigation allowed to clarify some of the springs that knot autism with the psychoanalytic clinic itself, that is, with the phenomenon of transfer, the relationship with words, the importance of an accompaniment with someone who has advanced in their analysis process , as well as the way to proceed clinically against what causes perplexity. With autism it is pertinent to take into account elements such as: The place of the parents, the function of the objects, the effect of the voice object as enjoyment, the importance of surprise as the moment of encounter and the clinical procedure while preserving the inventions of the child.
