La inserción profesional docente : un campo para la formación e investigación

Abstract

RESUMEN: El artículo incluye elementos conceptuales y metodológicos que orientan la línea de investigación sobre formación de profesores de ciencias naturales, del Grupo Perspectivas de Investigación en Educación en Ciencias – PiEnCias. La inserción profesional docente, es uno de los temas que desarrollamos para comprender la relación entre formación y investigación docente. Los resultados obtenidos con maestros en formación inicial y principiantes, muestran la necesidad de realizar estudios, donde los participantes puedan aprender a tomar decisiones y reconocerse como integrantes de una comunidad académica que tiene como reto, mejorar continuamente su práctica docente y, por ende, aportar en su propio desarrollo profesional.

ABSTRACT: The article includes conceptual and methodological elements that guide the line of research on the formation of teachers of natural sciences, from the Perspectivas de investigación en educación en ciencias - PiEnCias – PiEnCias. The professional insertion is one of the topics that we develop to understand the relationship between teacher formation and research. The results obtained with preservice teacher and beginning teacher, show the need to conduct studies, where participants can learn to make decisions and recognize themselves as members of an academic community that has as a challenge, continuously improve their teaching practice and, therefore, contribute in your own professional development.
