Mujeres y Participación política : encuentros y desencuentros

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo, tuvo como objetivo, investigar las representaciones sociales que sobre la participación política han construido desde sus experiencias de vida tres mujeres pertenecientes a colectivos sociales en el municipio de Marinilla. La información que se presenta se divide en cuatro capítulos, en el primero se hace una caracterización de las mujeres participantes, recogiendo su historia de vida. En el segundo se presentan las ideas previas que sobre participación política tenían las mujeres antes de iniciar en los colectivos y las que se han ido tejiendo posteriormente. En el tercer capítulo, se ubican los escenarios de participación política donde las mujeres han estado presentes y han disputado sus luchas. En el cuarto capítulo se presenta el análisis de las tres categorías movilizadoras; el género, las representaciones sociales y la participación política de las mujeres. Finalmente se presentan las conclusiones que dan respuesta a las preguntas planteadas.

ABSTRACT: The following assignment has as an objective to investigate the social representation that three women, who are part of social associations in the municipality of Marinilla, have built about political participation. The information that is presented is divided in four chapters. In the first one, a characterization of the women is made by gathering their life history. The second one presents the previous ideas that the women had about political participation before becoming part of the associations, as opposed to the ones they have shaped subsequently. As for the third third chapter, the settings of political participation, in which the women have participated, are established. The fourth and last chapter presents the analysis of the three main categories examined: the gender, the social representation, and the political participation of the three women. Ultimately, the conclusions that answer the established questions are stated.
