Abstract

RESUME : El presente trabajo es el resultado de un proceso de investigación-creación en el campo de las artes plásticas, desarrollado en los talleres de Integrado y Grado de la Facultad de Artes de la Universidad de Antioquia, en torno a la pregunta por los mecanismos de poder en relación a los objetos encontrados, o ready made. Si bien podría ser una pregunta bastante amplia y difícil de abordar con todas sus implicaciones, me he limitado a tratar el problema a partir de las relaciones que se establecen entre estos objetos, ya que traen consigo una historia, una importante carga simbólica que me permite generar relaciones y cuestionamientos al ponerlos en diálogo, al enfrentarlos y generar nuevos discursos más allá de su función original.

ABSTRACT : This work is the result of a research-creation process in the field of plastic arts, developed in the Integrated and Undergraduate workshops of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Antioquia, around the question of the mechanisms of power in relation to found objects, or ready made. Although it could be a fairly broad and difficult question to address with all its implications, I have limited myself to treating the problem from the relationships established between these objects, since they bring with them a story, an important symbolic charge that allows me generate relationships and questions by putting them in dialogue, by facing them and generating new discourses beyond their original function.
