Informe final de práctica profesional : Hacia el fomento de la equidad de genero. Secretaria de Educación Departamental

Abstract

RESUMEN: El proceso de práctica fue llevado a cabo en La Secretaría de Educación de Antioquia, responsable de velar por la educación de las nueve subregiones que componen el departamento; entre sus estrategias se encuentra el Proyecto Paz y Posconflicto, garante del proceso educativo que se lleva actualmente con la implementación de la Cátedra de Paz, establecida por el acuerdo de paz entre el Gobierno y las FARC, desde el cual, se ha pretendido extender a las comunidades el fomento de la igualdad de género, aspecto trabajado durante este proceso en el municipio La Ceja, a través del taller Educación Igualitaria. En ese sentido, este informe aborda las diferentes experiencias vividas en el marco de la implementación del taller Educación Igualitaria, el cual tuvo siempre como intención reflexionar junto a padres, madres, líderes y lideresas del municipio La Ceja, acerca de las inequidades y desigualdades de género latentes en su territorio. Asimismo, promover la equidad de género a través de la orientación acerca de los discursos y prácticas utilizados en la cotidianidad y las diversas formas que generan discriminación y desigualdad entre hombres y mujeres.

ABSTRACT: The process of practice were realized in the Education Secretary of Antioquia, this institution is responsible to ensure the education in the nine subregions that integrate the department of Antioquia, one of the strategies from the Education Secretary is the Project Peace and postconflict, that guarantee the educative process that is implemented nowadays with the Peace cathedra, established by the peace agreement between the government and the FARC, with this cathedra have been pretended extend to the communities the foment of gender equality, this aspect were worked during this process in the municipality of La Ceja, through a workshop called equal education. In that sense, this report make visible the different experiences in the implementation of the workshop equal education, which had always the intention to reflect with fathers, mothers, and leaders (men – women) from La Ceja municipality, about the gender inequalities existing in their territory. Likewise, promote the gender equality trough the orientation of the speeches and practices that people use in their everyday life and the different ways that generate discrimination and inequality between men and women.
