Las relaciones familiares : vínculos que se tejen y fortalecen

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente informe es el resultado de las prácticas profesionales que se realizaron en la Clínica del Oriente, en la sede Palestina, en el municipio de La Ceja, donde en el diagnostico se identificaron situaciones como reingreso de los Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes al medio institucional, por lo que el objetivo del presente trabajo se centró en el fortalecimiento de los vínculos de las niños, niñas y adolescentes con sus familias con capacitaciones y acompañamiento socioeducativo, para así contribuir a que se presente menor reingreso al medio institucional. Se abordará además cuales fueron las situaciones identificadas, las actividades los proceso emprendidos y lo logros que en el quehacer profesional se obtuvieron.

ABSTRACT: The present report is the result of the professional practices that were carried out in the Clínica del Oriente, in La Palestina, in the municipality of La Ceja, in the diagnosis situations were identified as reentry of the Boys, Girls and Adolescents to the institutional environment, for what the objective of this work focused on strengthening the ties of children and adolescents with their families through training and socio-educational support, in order to contribute to less re-entry to the institutional environment. It will also be addressed which were the identified situations, the activities, the processes undertaken and the achievements that were obtained in the professional work.
