Lo curricular en un centro de desarrollo infantil del Bajo Cauca

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este proyecto de investigación se llevó a cabo en un Centro de Desarrollo Infantil del Bajo Cauca, indagándose en él por los enfoques y características del currículo, en función de su re significación y potenciación, a través de un acompañamiento curricular situado. El proyecto se abordó desde un enfoque crítico social llevado a cabo mediante el método de investigación acción educativa. El anterior trabajo de manera simultánea cualificó y potenció el currículo en las agentes educativas, en función de que dicho talento humano que trabaja con los niños y las niñas de educación inicial esté altamente capacitado para brindar una educación en el marco de la atención integral. La metodología empleada en esta investigación constó de cuatro fases donde primeramente se identificó la temática, segundo se hizo la construcción del plan de acción, tercero se realizó la ejecución de dicho plan y por último el cierre y evaluación de la investigación. Todas estas fases o etapas fueron pertinentes, ya que mediante ellas se sistematizaron, categorizaron y generaron aproximaciones teóricas que ayudaron a la construcción y contrastación de los conocimientos para el reconocimiento y reflexión de las problemáticas curriculares presentadas en el Centro de Desarrollo infantil. Para llevar a cabo esta metodología se hizo necesaria la utilización de varias técnicas de recolección de información como el análisis documental, la observación semiestructurada, la entrevista semiestructurada y los talleres. Esto ayudó a identificar las características del currículo y los enfoques que tiene este, dando lugar a si a la visibilización de lo implementado en el Centro de Desarrollo Infantil.

ABSTRACT: This research project was carried out in a Child Development Center of Bajo Cauca, wondering for the concepts, approaches, and characteristics of the curriculum, based on their resignification and empowerment, through a curricular accompaniment directed. The project was carried out with a critic social approach carry out with the educational action investigation method. The last project qualified and enhanced the curriculum in the educational agents, based in that the human resources that work with children in initial education will be highly qualified in order to offer education in the framework of comprehensive care. The methodology used in this investigation consisted of four phases where the theme was first identified, the construction of the action plan was the second phase, third the execution of the plan was carried out and finally the phase four consisted in the closing and evaluation of the research, all these phases or the stages were relevant, because they systematized, categorized and generated theoretical approaches that helped to construct and test the knowledge for the recognition and reflection of the curricular problems presented in the Child Development Center, to carry out this methodology it became necessary to use several information gathering techniques such as documentary analysis, semi-structured observation, semi-structured interview and workshops. This helped to identify the characteristics of the curriculum and the approaches that it has, giving rise to the visibility of the work implemented by them in the Child Development Center.
