Informe práctica II y III en Trabajo Social : Proyecto Veámonos Otra Vez Entidad Savia Salud EPS

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente informe tiene como objetivo dar cuenta del proceso de práctica profesional II y III del Departamento de Trabajo Social de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanas de la Universidad de Antioquia, realizada en la entidad Savia Salud EPS, en modalidad de prácticas intensivas, específicamente en el proceso de Bienestar Laboral, perteneciente a la jefatura de Gestión Humana de dicha empresa. En Razón a esto, se establece como objetivo del campo de prácticas acompañar las actividades orientadas a los propósitos, metas y objetivos del proceso de Bienestar Laboral en el periodo comprendido entre el 05 de octubre de 2020 y el 04 de abril de 2021. Esta experiencia posibilitó la construcción del proyecto denominado Veámonos Otra Vez, el cual orienta su interés al fomento de la interacción entre los equipos de trabajo, promoviendo acciones que fortalecen el tejido social y la comunicación.

ABSTRACT:The objective of this report is to give an account of the professional practice process II and III of the Department of Social Work of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of the University of Antioquia, carried out in the entity Savia Salud EPS, in the modality of intensive practices, specifically in the Labor Welfare process, belonging to the Human Management Headquarters of said company. For this reason, it is established as an objective of the practice field to accompany the activities oriented to the purposes, goals and objectives of the Labor Welfare process in the period between October 5, 2020 and April 4, 2021. This experience made possible the construction of the project called Let's See Again, which focuses its interest on fostering interaction between work teams, promoting actions that strengthen the social fabric and communication.
