Fragmentos de una experiencia: Bitácora corpóreo Digital de la Danza Educativa Moderna de Rudolf Laban

Abstract

RESUMEN : El presente informe reúne las vivencias recolectadas del laboratorio corporal, el cual se parte del estudio y aplicación de las técnicas propuesta por Rudolf Laban en la teoría de los esfuerzos físicos; cuya pedagogía se centra en el cuerpo como máquina que produce constantemente movimiento. Este laboratorio se desarrolló de una forma autodidacta permitiendo al ejecutante ser público y actuante a la vez, a través de la investigación basada en artes, (Metodología con enfoque cualitativo donde el alcance es progresivo como la forma de aplicación de la técnica). Se toma como material de estudio, una biblioteca audiovisual realizada por la propia autora de este escrito, donde se observa el proceso de su práctica usando la técnica y la transformación del cuerpo expresivo, donde no se actúa sobre la repetición sino sobre la naturaleza del propio movimiento corporal, no negando su existencia sino potenciando su capacidad.

ABSTRACT : This report brings together the experiences collected from the body laboratory, which is based on the study and application of the techniques proposed by Rudolf Laban in the theory of physical efforts; whose pedagogy focuses on the body as a machine that constantly produces movement. This laboratory was developed in a self-taught way allowing the performer to be public and acting at the same time, through research based on arts, (Methodology with a qualitative approach where the scope is progressive as the form of application of the technique). It is taken as study material, an audiovisual library made by the author of this writing, where the process of her practice is observed using the technique and the transformation of the expressive body, where it is not acted on repetition but on the nature of one's own body movement, not denying its existence but enhancing its capacity.
