Aspectos biopsicosociales de los asesinos en serie : una mirada al fenómeno a partir de la revisión documental

Abstract

RESUMEN: el presente abordaje académico expone el constructo de un arduo ejercicio de investigación documental, que partió de una inquietud frente al interés por conocer que aspectos biológicos, psicológicos y sociales contribuyen a que un ser humano derive en un asesino serial. En la primera parte del trabajo Marco teórico se presentan las diferentes conceptualizaciones, tipologías y características del asesinato serial. El segundo capítulo, Diseño metodológico expone las premisas, el tipo de investigación, método y enfoque que guían esta revisión documental, motivado por la convicción hermenéutica de que es necesario interpretar la realidad desde la reflexión y abarcando el mayor número de variables posibles. Finalmente, en el tercer capítulo Resultados se encuentra construido el aporte investigativo a partir de esos momentos metodológicos y teóricos planteando y discutiendo los hallazgos y las conclusiones elaboradas a partir de la revisión a las diferentes fuentes. Se encontró que, en la conformación de un asesino serial, convergen una múltiple cantidad de variables de diversa naturaleza y la investigación aún no agota todas las posibilidades en la comprensión de este fenómeno delictivo. No obstante, desde una perspectiva biológica se les ha dado una prelación a estudios cerebrales, desde lo psicológico se han abordado las motivaciones, fantasías y psicopatologías del asesino serial, y desde lo social se ha estudiado el medio en el cual crecieron y se desenvolvieron estas personas en su infancia.

ABSTRACT: The present academic approach exhibits the construct of an arduous documentary research exercise, that started from a concern about the interest of knowing which biological, psychological and social aspects contributes to a human drifting into a serial killer. In the first part of the work: Theorical framework it’s presented the diverse conceptualizations, typologies and characteristics of the serial killer. The second chapter, Methodological design exhibit the premises, the type of investigation, method and the approach guiding this documentary research, motivated by the hermeneutic conviction it’s necessary to interpret the reality from reflection and encompassing the biggest number of variable possible. Finally, the third chapter Results is constructed by the investigative contribution starting from those methodological and theoretical moments presenting and discussing the findings and conclusions elaborated from the review of the different sources. It was found that, in the conformation of a serial killer, converge a multiple quantity of variables of diverse nature and the and the investigation still does not exhaust all the possibilities in understanding this criminal phenomenon. Nevertheless, from a biological perspective it has given a priority to brain studies, from psychology have been addressed motivations, fantasies and psychopathologies of the serial killer, and from social it has been studied the environment in which these people grew up and developed in their childhood.
