El capital intelectual como elemento diferenciador para la valoración actual de las empresas

Abstract

RESUMEN: Todas las empresas, sin importar su vocación, al menos teóricamente, han evidenciado la importancia del Capital Humano y consecuentemente su Capital Intelectual, como elemento clave en su desarrollo evolutivo, ésta debe convertirse en generadora de soluciones creativas que favorezcan el fortalecimiento competitivo en un entorno cada vez más homogenizado en sus procesos, productos y servicios. Uno de los sectores donde se ve evidenciada la importancia del Capital Intelectual es en las Empresas de Consultoría Contable donde el conocimiento es la base funcional de su estructura, actualmente estas empresas no lo reconocen contablemente lo que no ha significado un detrimento en su posicionamiento en el mercado o ha puesto en riesgo su sostenibilidad en el tiempo, la importancia en cuanto a la revelación contable de éste capital es demostrar que existe una variable adicional que aún no se tiene en cuenta para la toma de decisiones no sólo internas sino desde la perspectiva de los inversionistas, donde el valor que presenta el mercado, actualmente es mayor al presentado por los libros contables. Será en el momento en que se sume la variable intangible que la diferencia en ambos valores no será tan amplia, haciendo que tanto el propietario de la compañía como el inversionista tengan información equiparable.

ABSTRACT: All companies, regardless of their vocation, at least theoretically, have shown the importance of human capital and consequently its intellectual capital as a key element in their evolutionary development, it must become a generator of creative solutions that promote the strengthening competitive environment increasingly homogenized in their processes, products and services. One sector which is evidenced the importance of Intellectual Capital is in the Accounting Consulting Firms where knowledge is the functional basis of their structure, these companies currently not recognized for accounting purposes that has not meant the deterioration of its position in the market or has threatened their sustainability over time, the importance in terms of accounting disclosure of this capital is to demonstrate that there is an additional variable that has not yet taken into account when making decisions not only internal but from the perspective of investors, where the value which the market is now greater than those found in books. Will in time join the intangible variable that the difference in both values is not as wide, making both the owner of the company and the investor have comparable information.
