Polifonía del posacuerdo: seguridad y territorialidad en el municipio de Remedios

Abstract

RESUMEN: El acuerdo de paz firmado en la Habana por el Estado colombiano y las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia, Ejército del Pueblo (Farc-EP), condujo a la terminación de más de cincuenta años de guerra y significó el origen de una nueva etapa: el posacuerdo. Este periodo se fundamenta en la implementación de lo pactado; es allí donde se encuentra el objeto principal de la investigación, la cual, tiene el interés de explicar los cambios provocados por la implementación del acuerdo de paz en Remedios, Antioquia en términos de seguridad y territorialidad. la investigación está fundamentada desde la hermenéutica, la fenomenología y el enfoque cualitativo, es decir, parte desde las subjetividades de los actores (institucionalidad, víctimas y excombatientes) que confluyen en el asunto. En últimas, los resultados investigativos ofrecen una visión polifónica de la implementación del acuerdo de paz en términos de seguridad y territorialidad debido a que se destaca la verdad de cada actor.

ABSTRACT: The peace agreement signed in Havana by the Colombian State and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, the People's Army (Farc-EP), for its acronym in Spanish; it led to the termination of more than fifty years of war and marked the origin of a new stage: the post-agreement. This period is based on the implementation of the agreement; It is there where the main object of the investigation is found, which has the interest of explaining the changes caused by the implementation of the peace agreement in Remedios, Antioquia in terms of security and territoriality. The research is based on hermeneutics, phenomenology and a qualitative approach, that is, it starts from the subjectivities of the actors (institutions, victims and ex-combatants) who converge on the matter. Ultimately, the research results offer a polyphonic vision of the implementation of the peace agreement in terms of security and territoriality, since it highlights the truth of each actor.
