Informe final de practicas académicas: Fundación Casa de la Esperanza

Abstract

RESUMEN: este informe pretende exponer el proceso de práctica realizada en la Fundación Casa de la Esperanza del municipio de Andes por parte de dos estudiantes de Trabajo Social de la Universidad de Antioquia seccional Suroeste; durante dos semestres, la línea de énfasis que marcó las prácticas académicas fue la línea organizacional, permitiendo implementar un proyecto de intervención que tuviese como objetivo el contribuir a un equilibrio positivo frente al clima laboral de esta institución. Inicialmente, se encontrará una síntesis del diagnóstico que se realiza luego de establecer la contextualización del campo de prácticas, con la intención de identificar la situación problema, que para el caso de la Fundación gira en torno al clima organizacional, lo que implicó la construcción de un proyecto de intervención, junto con sus referentes teóricos y su fundamentación metodológica. Posteriormente, se profundiza sobre el quehacer profesional, sus retos y compromisos a la hora de ejercer en el ámbito organizacional, para más adelante presentar conclusiones, reflexiones y recomendaciones y así, finalmente encontrar la bibliografía y los anexos, que corresponden a los productos obtenidos durante las prácticas. ABSTRACT: this report aims to expose the practice process carried out at the Casa de la Esperanza Foundation in the municipality of Andes by two Social Work students from the Southwest sectional University of Antioquia; For two semesters, the line of emphasis that marked the academic practices was the organizational line, allowing the implementation of an intervention project that had the objective of contributing to a positive balance in the face of the work environment of this institution. Initially, there will be a synthesis of the diagnosis that is made after establishing the contextualization of the practice field, with the intention of identifying the problem situation, which in the case of the Foundation revolves around the organizational climate, which implied the construction of an intervention project, together with its theoretical references and its methodological foundation. Subsequently, it delves into the professional work, its challenges and commitments when exercising in the organizational field, to later present conclusions, reflections and recommendations and thus, finally find the bibliography and the annexes, which correspond to the products arising during practice.
