EL CONTINENTE : libro de arte para cortometraje animado

Abstract

RESUMEN: Mucho se ha hablado sobre la interpretación de los sueños, y sobre qué papel desempeñan estos en nuestro diario vivir, afianzándose la idea de que los sueños no son más que un subproducto de la mente y que no sirven un propósito realmente. A partir de esta investigación teórica y exploración narrativa, los usos narrativos de los sueños y los procesos creativos de la animación se utilizan para llegar a una propuesta estético-técnica en forma de libro de arte para el cortometraje de animación “EL CONTINENTE”.

ABSTRACT: Much has been said about dream interpretation, and the role dreams play in our everyday life, securing the idea that dreams are not but a byproduct of the mind and that they don’t really serve a purpose. Beginning with this theoretical research and narrative exploration, the narrative application of dreams and the creative processes of animation are utilized together to arrive in a new aesthetic-technical approach in the form of an artbook made for the short film “THE CONTINENT”.
