Tras las huellas del desarrollo rural en el municipio de Campamento, Antioquia

Abstract

RESUMEN : Este es el resultado de una investigación enfocada en la comprensión de las concepciones propias sobre el desarrollo rural desde la perspectiva de los líderes y lideresas de algunas veredas de Campamento, Antioquia. Este municipio tiene un alta población y extensión rural, de la cual según la proyección del DANE 2021, los centros poblados y rurales dispersos corresponden a un total de 6.517 en comparación con la cabecera municipal que tiene 2.869; esto marcó un foco de interés en la población campesina y cómo conciben el desarrollo dentro de su territorio, que además ha estado permeado por el conflicto armado. En cuanto a los hallazgos esta investigación presenta tres capítulos, a saber: en el primero se retratan las experiencias de estos sujetos en cuanto al cómo perciben el entorno rural en el que habitan y conviven las comunidades rurales del municipio; en el segundo capítulo están explicitados los valores e ideas de desarrollo desde la noción de bienestar, cómo se alinean las políticas públicas a esta visión, el papel del Estado y su acompañamiento en el campo, la educación dentro del entorno rural y la visión de los campesinos como proveedores; y en el tercero, se plasma el sentido de la organización económica y social del campesinado desde su economía, su estructura organizacional, los intermediarios que hacen parte del proceso productivo, la capacitación y la asistencia técnica, el emprendimiento, los procesos de calidad y la diversificación de cultivos. Por último, se plantea un apartado de reflexiones sobre el sentir y pensar del equipo investigador en el trayecto de las vivencias, saberes y pensares del campesinado.

ABSTRACT : This is the result of a research focused on the understanding of their own conceptions about rural development from the perspective of the leaders of some villages of Campamento, Antioquia. This municipality has a high population and rural extension, of which according to the projection of the DANE 2021, the populated and dispersed rural centers correspond to a total of 6,517 in comparison with the municipal seat that has 2,869; this marked a focus of interest in the peasant population and how they conceive the development within their territory, which has also been permeated by the armed conflict. In terms of findings, this research presents three chapters: in the first, the experiences of these subjects are portrayed in terms of how they perceive the rural environment in which they live and coexist in the rural communities of the municipality; in the second chapter, the values and ideas of development from the notion of well-being are made explicit, how public policies are aligned with this vision, the role of the State and its accompaniment in the countryside, education within the rural environment and the vision of the peasants as providers; The third section describes the meaning of the economic and social organization of the peasantry from its economy, its organizational structure, the intermediaries that are part of the production process, training and technical assistance, entrepreneurship, quality processes and crop diversification. Finally, there is a section of reflections on the feelings and thoughts of the research team in the journey of the experiences, knowledge and thoughts of the peasantry.
