Aportes para construir un Plan Estratégico de Educación Ambiental con y desde las comunidades en ISA Intercolombia

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente informe sistematiza la práctica académica realizada por la estudiante Daniela Avendaño Rivera, entre enero y julio del 2021. El proyecto estuvo enfocado en la gestión ambiental de la Dirección Sostenibilidad de ISA Intercolombia, con el objetivo de aportar a la construcción de un Plan Estratégico de Educación Ambiental que potencie las diferentes iniciativas con y desde las comunidades donde hacen presencia los activos de la compañía. Se hizo una revisión documental desde la hermenéutica sobre el concepto de Educación Ambiental, una contribución teórico-metodológica desde la sociología y un análisis de referenciación a nivel internacional, nacional, regional y local con ayuda de entrevistas y observación bibliográfica. Como resultado se construyó el presente documento que contiene recomendaciones necesarias para guiar la etapa de construcción del Plan Estratégico que direccione la gestión educativo ambiental existente en la empresa, tanto por cumplimiento legal como voluntaria. Se concluye que, primero, es necesario planear y ejecutar las iniciativas de forma participativa teniendo en cuenta los conocimientos previos de las comunidades; segundo, se deben reconocer y seguir las directrices a nivel global y los lineamientos a nivel nacional; tercero, es imprescindible esclarecer los conceptos básicos que se trabajan para que todas las personas involucradas hablen un mismo idioma; cuarto, es preciso estructurar un plan para que las diferentes acciones sigan una misma narrativa.

ABSTRACT: This report systematizes the academic practice carried by the student out Daniela Avendaño Rivera, between January and July 2021. The project was focused on the environmental management of the Sustainability Department of ISA Intercolombia, with the aim of contributing to the construction of a Strategic Plan forEnvironmental Education that promotes the different initiatives with and from the communities where the company's assets are present. A documentary review was made from hermeneutics on the concept of Environmental Education, a theoretical-methodological contribution from sociology and an analysis of international, national, regional referencing and local with the help of interviews and bibliographical observation. As a result, this document was created, containing the necessary recommendations to guide the construction stage of the Strategic Plan that directs the existing environmental educational management in the company, both for legal and voluntary compliance. It is concluded that, first, it is necessary to plan and execute the initiatives in a participatory manner, taking into account the previous knowledge of the communities; second, the guidelines at the global level and the guidelines at the national level must be recognized and followed; third, it is essential to clarify the basic concepts that are worked on so that all the people involved speak the same language; fourth, it is necessary to structure a plan so that the different actions follow the same narrative
