Maestros en medio del conflicto urbano de la comuna 13: voces y rostros emergentes en I.E Eduardo Santos.

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo pensar y describir las experiencias de algunos maestros de la Institución Educativa Eduardo Santos de la Comuna 13, con el fin de hacer visible cómo estas los transforman y cómo se va formando un Rostro Magisterial único en cada sujeto maestro, esto en el marco de un conflicto urbano, que generó diferentes afectaciones de manera directa e indirecta, entendiendo que antes de ser maestro se es un sujeto cambiante y que en esa construcción pasan acontecimientos que marcan y lo hacen redefinir su labor profesional y su forma de llevar el relacionamiento con sus estudiantes, pero en muchas ocasiones esto pasa desapercibido, por la falta de costumbre de los maestros de no narrarse y darse el espacio de escribir a lo largo de su carrera profesional, haciendo relevante la mirada y la narración propia de las formas en las que se ha creado un rostro magisterial, para esto se hizo una revisión documental dándole contexto al lugar donde se desarrollan la vida de estos maestros y los acontecimientos que los afectaron, posteriormente se hacen entrevistas a profundidad que dan cuenta de transformaciones en los modos de pensar de los maestros, con esta información se generó una categoría de maestro: Rostro Magisterial para cada uno de los participantes en este trabajo, que intentó recoger todos esos cambios y conductas visibles, que dan sentido a esa forma de ser y estar en su relacionamiento con la enseñanza, todo esto se hizo de manera narrativa y descriptiva con el fin de dar espacio y luz a algo que siempre ha existido, pero pocas veces ha sido narrado y puesto a los ojos del mundo.

ABSTRACT: This research had as an objective thinking and describing the experiences of some teachers of the Institucion Educativa Eduardo Santos of the Comuna 13 with the intention of making it visible how these transform them and how an unique Rostro Magisterial in every teacher subjected, this in the topic of an urban conflict, that made different affectations in a direct or indirect way, understanding that before being a teacher one is a changing individual and that in that construction changing events that leave a marc happen and make them redefine their professional labour and their way of keeping the relation with their students, although in many occasions this goes unnoticed, by the lack of custom of the teachers of not narrating themselves and giving themselves the space of writing along of their professional career making relevant the own view and narrative of the ways that a Rostro Magisterial has been made, a documental revision was made for this giving context to the place were the life of these teachers and events that affected them was developed, deepening interviews are made afterwards that give to account of transformations on the way of thinking of the teachers, with this information a category of teacher was made: Rostro Magisterial for every and each of the participants in this work, that tried picking all of these changes and visible conducts, that give sense to this way of being and being on their relation with teaching, all of this was made in a narrative and descriptive way with the intention of giving space and light to something that has ever been, but few times narrated and put to the eyes of the world.
