La calidad de la educación: hacia un concepto de referencia

Abstract

RESUMEN: El tema de la calidad de la educación requiere ser asumido como objeto de investigación a fin de evitar su uso como palabra muletilla, la asignación de énfasis injustificado o que conduzca a manipulaciones ideológicas. Se requiere la formulación de un concepto general de referencia, mediante el cual se sugieran alternativas concretas de operación a partir de un análisis evaluativo de la educación y una perspectiva de investigación formación. Como concepto referencial, es construido colectivamente según requerimientos, necesidades y deseos de unos actores sociales, aún las distintas connotaciones que se le asignan en cada realidad confluyen en reconocer que "lo mejor" es inseparable de la educación como bien público, y que a fin de cuantas es redundante hablar de "calidad de la educación.

ABSTRACT: The subject of the quality of the education requires to be assumed as investigation object in order to avoid its use like word phrase,the allocation of unjustified emphasis or that leads to ideological manipulations. The formulation of a general concept of reference is required, by means of which concrete alternatives of operation from a of evaluation analysis of the education and a perspective of investigation-formation are suggested. like referential concept, it is constructed collectively according to requirements, necessities and desires of social actors, still the different connotations that are assigned to him in each reality which the come together in recognizing that "the best thing" is inseparable of the education like public good, and that after all is redundant to speak of "quality of the education"
