Investigación y experiencia en las escuelas normales

Abstract

RESUMEN: La autora plantea la necesidad de tener en cuenta los desarrollos que, a nivel de la pedagogía, se han presentado en el país y se encuentran hoy dispersos. Estos desarrollos deben integrarse al proyecto de reestructuración de las Escuelas Normales y plantear estas instituciones como campos de experimentación pedagógica. Para ello es necesario establecer la relación entre experimentación, investigación y enseñanza. La experimentación mantiene estrecha vinculación con la escritura y la producción de saber, se propone concretar semilleros de investigación que involucren alumnos y maestros, vinculando la Normal con los procesos de producción pedagógica, educativa y didáctica. Convoca a los actores de la institución a tomar una posición activa frente al conocimiento. Finalmente se resalta la necesidad de construir la memoria del saber pedagógico en cada institución.

ABSTRACT: The author places the need to have in mind the pedagogical developments in Colombia that are really dispersed nowadays. These developments should be integrated to the restructuration project in the "Esuelas Normales" and should turn the institutions in pedagogical experimentating fields. It is necessary to settle the relation between experimentation, investigation, and teaching. The experimentador» is closely related with writing and the prcxluction of knowledge, there is a proposal to constitute investigation groups that involve students and teachers, connecting the normal schools with the pedagogical, educative, and didactic production processes. The experimentation makes a cali to the members of the institution to take an active participation before knowledge. Finally, it stands out the need of creating the memory of the pedagogical knowledge in every institution.
