Pa Qwastu : hablemos Pasto

Abstract

RESUMEN: La Gran Nación de los Pastos es un pueblo indígena que antes de la invasión incaica y del proceso de colonización española, llevó a cabo diferentes e importantes procesos culturales, como el desarrollo de su lengua propia y algunos dialectos, dependiendo del lugar de influencia y las situaciones que allí se vivían. Además de todo su desarrollo como sociedad.

Este pueblo trató de resistir a los procesos que quisieron occidentalizar su conocimiento e identidad. Es cierto que a través de las investigaciones algunos autores afirman que su lengua está muerta por no tener descendientes directos hablantes; pero a través de las representaciones cotidianas, como son los elementos que se usan en la oralidad de esta población indígena, se tienen vivos los vestigios de esta lengua, lo que hace que algunos investigadores afirmen que es posible tratar de recuperar la lengua Pasto.

ABSTRACT: The Great Nation of the Pastos is an indigenous town that before the Inca invasion and the Spanish colonization process, carried out different and important cultural processes, such as the development of their own language and some dialects, depending on the place of influence and the situations they lived there. In addition to all its development as a society.

These people tried to resist the processes that wanted to westernize their knowledge and identity. It is true that through research some authors claim that their language is dead because there are no direct descendant speakers; but through everyday representations, such as the elements used in the orality of this indigenous population, the vestiges of this language are alive, which makes some researchers claim that it is possible to try to recover the Pasto language.

ZUSAMMENFASSUNG: Die Große Nation der Pastos ist ein indigenes Volk, das vor der Inka-Invasion und der spanischen Kolonisierung verschiedene und wichtige kulturelle Prozesse durchführte, wie die Entwicklung einer eigenen Sprache und einiger Dialekte, je nach dem Ort des Einflusses und der Situation, in der sie lebten. Zusätzlich zu seiner Entwicklung als Gesellschaft.

Diese Menschen versuchten, sich den Prozessen zu widersetzen, die darauf abzielten, ihr Wissen und ihre Identität zu verwestlichen.
