Análisis de sitios web de las instituciones de educación superior colombianas, desde el manejo y tratamiento de la ciencia abierta y nuevas propuestas de evaluación científica

Abstract

RESUMEN: La presente investigación se desarrolla dentro del marco de la ciencia abierta y la evaluación científica, más concretamente, en conocer los avances que han tenido las instituciones de educación superior colombianas. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo identificar los avances en ciencia abierta y evaluación científica de 297 sitios web, además se describe el contexto de Colombia en términos de ciencia abierta y evaluación científica, lo cual permite que haya una mayor claridad del tema. la metodología que se propone en este anteproyecto es el análisis de contenidos de web, además, la investigación se realizó en 3 fases, incluida la fase 0 en las cuales, se identificaron las instituciones; se seleccionó la muestra a evaluar y finalmente se definieron criterios de evaluación para los sitios web. Ahora bien, tras el análisis se identificó que las IES colombianas, están dando los primeros avances en cuanto se refiere a ciencia abierta, dado que es posible identificar las acciones que las instituciones colombianas están haciendo en busca de una transición hacía los procesos y componentes de la ciencia abierta. Por otro lado, el comportamiento que han tenido las IES colombianas, indica el desarrollo que las instituciones han tenido en el desarrollo de actividades y propuestas que den a conocer a la ciencia abierta, sin embargo, se concluye que cuando se refiere a ciencia abierta, Colombia es débil frente a la temática

ABSTRACT: This research is developed within the framework of open science and scientific evaluation, more specifically, to know the progress made by Colombian higher education institutions. This research aims to identify the advances in open science and scientific evaluation of 297 websites and also describes the context of Colombia in terms of open science and scientific evaluation, which allows greater clarity on the subject. The methodology proposed in this preliminary project is the analysis of web content. Furthermore, the study consisted of three distinct phases. The initial phase, designated as phase 0, involved identifying the relevant institutions. Subsequently, a sample to be assessed was carefully chosen. Finally, comprehensive evaluation criteria were established for the websites under scrutiny. After conducting the analysis, it was discovered that Colombian higher education institutions are at the forefront of the open science movement. This is evident through the notable efforts Colombian institutions are making to embrace the principles and practices of open science. On the other hand, the behavior of Colombian higher education institutions indicates the development that institutions have had in developing activities and proposals that make open science known, however, it is concluded that in terms of open science, Colombia is weak in this area.
