El gobierno del tiempo en el neoliberalismo : líneas de fuga al aplanamiento de la experiencia temporal

Abstract

RESUMEN: Esta investigación se inscribe en el método histórico-crítico, específicamente, en el dispositivo analítico de la historia del presente. Analiza la experiencia temporal contemporánea como objeto de problematización, gobierno y eje cardinal de los procesos de subjetivación. Plantea como tesis que la racionalidad neoliberal produce un aplanamiento de la experiencia del tiempo, caracterizada por la auto-aceleración ilimitada de la máquina interna (empresarializada), la cual está implicada en su propia desintegración. Para dar cuenta de esto, se describen 6 ejes en que se estructura dicha experiencia: 1. La narrativa contable. 2. Los atractores a distancia. 3. La velocidad de las máquinas internas. 4. La conciliación temporal. 5. La aniquilación de esferas espacio-temporales y 6. La ruptura con los tiempos internos de maduración. La confluencia entre estos, estructura un medio ambiente artificial (milieu) para el fluir veloz que, por un lado, seduce al sujeto y, por otro, le genera gran padecimiento subjetivo. Esta experiencia, genera impotencia para imaginar el futuro, sumergiendo al sujeto en un presentismo acelerado. Allí se instaura el timing como la temporalidad característica del neoliberalismo, una temporalidad predecible que busca anular la acontecimentalidad del vivir; convirtiendo los momentos oportunos (Kairós) en momentos finamente calculados. La investigación finaliza planteando líneas de fuga a este aplanamiento del tiempo que permiten problematizar el imperativo de la ilimitación, la des-historización del sujeto y la crisis de sintonización temporal con el mundo y la alteridad.

ABSTRACT: This research assumes a historical-critical method, specifically, the ontology of the present. It analyzes the contemporary temporal experience as an object of problematization, government, and the cardinal axis of the processes of subjectivization. The thesis presented is that neoliberal rationality produces a flattening of the experience of time, characterized by the unlimited self-acceleration of the internal machine, which is involved in its own disintegration. To account for this, 6 axes on which said experience is structured are described: 1. The accounting narrative. 2. The attractors at a distance. 3. The speed of the internal machines. 4. Temporary conciliation. 5. The annihilation of spatiotemporal spheres and 6. The break with the internal maturation times. The confluence between these, structures an artificial environment (milieu) for rapid flow, which, on the one hand, seduces the subject, and on the other, generates great subjective suffering. This experience generates impotence to imagine the future, immersing the subject in accelerated presentism. There, timing is established as the characteristic temporality of neoliberalism, a predictable temporality that seeks to annul the eventuality of living, converting opportune moments (Kairós) into finely calculated moments. The research ends by proposing lines of flight to this flattening of time, which allows problematizing the imperative of limitlessness, the de-historicization of the subject, and the crisis of temporal tuning with the world and otherness.
