Mujeres rurales creando camino: Acompañamiento al fortalecimiento organizativo de la asociación de Mujeres Rurales, Emprendedoras y Gestoras de Paz – ASOMUR de la vereda La Luz

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este Informe presenta el proceso de prácticas profesionales en el acompañamiento psicosocial al grupo de mujeres de la Asociación de Mujeres Rurales, Emprendedoras y Gestoras de Paz ASOMUR de la vereda La Luz, en el municipio de San Carlos, a través del fortalecimiento organizativo a sus integrantes, promoviendo el reconocimiento de la identidad organizativa y el sentido de pertenencia por la asociación. Con este fin, la propuesta se materializó a través de espacios individuales y colectivos, que fueron dialógicos, participativos y creativos, desde los cuales poder aportar a su relacionamiento interno por un lado, y a la construcción colectiva de la memoria de su trayectoria organizativa, por otro lado. Esta última, se consolida aquí como el elemento conector en la búsqueda por el fortalecimiento interno y externo para la asociación al proporcionar una memoria común de su caminar conjunto y representar material de consolidación para su reconocimiento. De esta manera, las memorias individuales nutrieron la memoria colectiva y estuvieron presentes en las diferentes dimensiones de la organización que se abordaron para dar cuenta de su trayectoria y dinámica organizativa.

ABSTRACT: This Report presents the process of professional practices in psychosocial support to the group of women of the Association of Rural Women, Entrepreneurs and Peace Managers ASOMUR of the La Luz village, in the municipality of San Carlos, through the organizational strengthening of its members, promoting the recognition of organizational identity and the sense of belonging to the association. To this end, the proposal was materialized through individual and collective spaces, which were dialogic, participatory and creative, from which to contribute to their internal relationship on the one hand, and to the collective construction of the memory of their organizational trajectory, on the other. other side. The latter is consolidated here as the connecting element in the search for internal and external strengthening for the association by providing a common memory of its joint journey and representing consolidation material for its recognition. In this way, individual memories nourished the collective memory and were present in the different dimensions of the organization that were addressed to account for its trajectory and organizational dynamics.
