Implementación del SGA para manejo seguro de sustancias químicas

Abstract

RESUMEN : Este proyecto buscó la implementación y estandarización de diferentes actividades con el fin de darle cumplimiento a la normatividad colombiana en cuanto a las sustancias químicas y su ciclo de vida dentro de una compañía, por ciclo de vida se entienden las acciones de solicitud de producto, transporte, almacenamiento y manipulación de sustancias químicas y por último su disposición final. El desarrollo de este proyecto se llevó a cabo en la empresa Pharmacielo Colombia Holdings S.A. Las actividades implementadas fueron guiadas por un asesor externo a la empresa de la ARL SURA y por el Coordinador del área de HSE de la compañía, ellos fueron los encargado de definir las tareas y el tiempo que tomaron llevarlas a cabo, se buscó que los riesgos a los que están expuesto los colaboradores de la compañía en todo el ciclo de vida de una sustancia fueran minimizados para evitar una situación donde se viera afectada la integridad o la vida de un colaborar e incluso que este evento pudiera afectar la infraestructura de la empresa.

ABSTRACT : This project sought the implementation and standardization of different activities in order to comply with Colombian regulations regarding chemicals and their life cycle within a company. By life cycle we understand the actions of product application, transportation, storage and handling of chemicals and finally their final disposal. The development of this project was carried out in the company Pharmacielo Colombia Holdings S.A. The activities implemented were guided by an external advisor of ARL SURA and by the Coordinator of the HSE area of the company, they were in charge of defining the tasks and the time it took to carry them out, it was sought that the risks to which the collaborators of the company are exposed throughout the life cycle of a substance were minimized to avoid a situation where the integrity or life of a collaborator was affected and even that this event could affect the infrastructure of the company.
