El teatro potencia la expresividad del bailarín de salsa: aplicación de conceptos teatrales al cuerpo del bailarín de salsa

Abstract

RESUMEN : Este proyecto hace referencia a una experiencia auto etnográfica que plantea la intersección de conceptos teatrales al baile de la salsa. A través de 8 talleres, se aplicaron y reflexionaron algunos conceptos teatrales, las cuales dieron una ruta a este proyecto. Se investigó y se encontró que las herramientas teatrales mejoran significativamente el trabajo interior y exterior del bailarín. Este proyecto demuestra la importancia del teatro en la práctica y expresión del bailarín de salsa, el teatro como una herramienta valiosa que enriquece su movimiento y su expresividad.

ABSTRACT: This project refers to an auto-ethnographic experience that proposes the intersection of theatrical concepts with salsa dancing. Through 8 workshops, some theatrical concepts were applied and reflected on, which gave a route to this project. It was investigated and found that theatrical tools significantly improve the inner and outer work of the dancer. This project demonstrates the importance of theater in the practice and expression of the salsa dancer, theater as a valuable tool that enriches their movement and expressiveness.
