Mujeres sembrando dignidad para que de la tierra surja un nuevo modo de vivir. Gestión Comunitaria del Riesgo en el Barrio El Faro de la ciudad de Medellín

Abstract

RESUMEN: Sentir y habitar la montaña hace parte de la cotidianidad de quienes luchan por dignificar la vida en las laderas de la ciudad y constituir una identidad barrial que brinda la posibilidad de incluir otras formas de relacionarse, abrazar y cuidar la tierra. En el barrio El Faro alumbra un proceso de gestión comunitaria del riesgo que ha posicionado por medio de la defensa y organización comunitaria, la Acción Climática Incluyente. De esta manera, en el viaje de esta escritura compartida encontrarán las voces de las mujeres que permanecen y narran la construcción de una Casa Grande y el recorrido de su lucha colectiva para reivindicar el derecho a habitar la Comuna y la ciudad. El principal objetivo de esta sistematización de experiencias está orientado a describir el proceso de construcción de la gestión comunitaria del riesgo como estrategia para la incidencia social y política a partir de la experiencia de mujeres articuladas al barrio El Faro de la ciudad de Medellín. Lo anterior, permitió reconocer la juntanza como refugio para gestar y fortalecer el poder de lo comunitario, que alienta y aviva la defensa de los territorios, del agua y de la naturaleza misma.

ABSTRACT: To feel and to live the mountain its part of the daily life of the ones who fight to dignify life on the city hillsides and to constitute a neighborhood identity that gives the possibility of including other ways of relate, hug and care about earth. In the neighborhood El Faro of Medellin city illuminates a process of community of risk that had place by means of defense and community organization, the inclusive climatic action. This way on the journey of this share writing you’ll find the voices of women who remain and narrates the construction of a big house and the route of their colective fight to revindicate the right to habit the comuna and the city. The main objective of this systematization of experiences is oriented to describe the process of construction of community risk management as a strategy for social and political incidence based on the experience of women articulated in the El Faro neighborhood in the city of Medellin. This made it possible to recognize the gathering as a refuge to develop and strengthen the power of the community, which encourages and revives the defense of territories, water and nature itself.
