La problemática conceptualización del terrorismo de estado

Abstract

RESUMEN: El artículo busca plantear hechos históricos para sustentar la existencia del terrorismo de Estado. Es fundamental exponer los vacíos jurídicos y conceptuales. La existencia del terrorismo de Estado está sustentada en la manifestación explícita y reconocida de prácticas y métodos que miembros del Estado infringen a los individuos con el objetivo de disuadir y aleccionar. Se analiza la problemática en cuanto a las posibles sanciones, castigos o penas que se podrían imponer y finalmente en cuanto a la posibilidad de tipificar el terrorismo de Estado.

ABSTRACT: The article presents the historic facts that support the existence of Terrorism of State. It is fundamental to expose the legal and conceptual empties. The existence of the Terrorism of State is underlain on the explicit and recognized manifestation of practices and methods that members of the States infringe to the people with the objective of deter and teach. It will be analyzed the problematic with respect to possible sanctions, punishes or sentences that could be impose and finally with respect to the possibility of categorize the Terrorism of State.
