El profesor y la formación ciudadana

Abstract

RESUMEN: La formación ciudadana se convierte en el encargo fundamental que la sociedad le hace a la educacion y a la pedagogía para que, gradualmente sea logrado en los estudiantes, en el transcurso de su ascenso por el sistema educativo. Actualmente este propósito de formación ciudadana, se convierte en un eje transversal que debe ser enseñado de manera conciente, sistemática y planificada a través del desarrollo de las competencias ciudadanas e los estudiantes; para lograrlo, hay una necesidad inicial de explorar y analizar las significaciones que los profesores del contexto le asignan a esta formación.

ABSTARCT: Citizen education becomes the main objective posed by society to Education and Pedagogy, so that it be gradually achieved by students, as they go through the educational system. Currently, this goal of citizenship education becomes a transversal axis that must be taught through the development of citizenship competences (abilities) in a conscious, systematic and planned manner. For its achievement there is an initial need to explore and analyze the meanings that teachers of this subject give to this subject.
