Resumen : In the present work the findings of a research developed in the framework of the training in the Master in Education appear, which was developed around the research question What are the relationships between the training experiences oriented from Waldorf Pedagogy and teaching of literature at the Isolda Echavarría School? Through the narrative biographical method there was an approach to the research context for the construction of findings about the training experiences from the Waldorf Pedagogy understood as a philosophy of life and the teaching of the literature assumed as a training experience, components that keep narrow links and that feed each other. In this case, the narrative biographical method offers elements to investigate didactics as a collective and individual doing, and narrative is a sensitive way to do research on the practice itself in the area of ​​Language, for the value of working with the word, because the method allows one to narrate oneself to understand one's own world; On the other hand, the narrative is powerful in Waldorf Pedagogy because it is a methodological component and at the same time a content of teaching structured from the curriculum.
