Invisibilización de la ruralidad en el municipio de Itagüí

Abstract

RESUMEN: Esta investigación analiza el papel que ha tenido la junta de acción comunitaria (JAC) de la vereda El Pedregal del municipio de Itagüí, en los procesos de planeación municipal que se llevan a cabo en sus territorios de influencia, durante las últimas tres alcaldías municipales que abarcan desde el año 2008 hasta el 2019. El enfoque que guía este trabajo gira en torno a cómo dicha JAC ha tratado de contrarrestar las formas de marginación que desde la planeación central del municipio se le ha dado a las problemáticas de su vereda y del corregimiento El Manzanillo en general.

ABSTRACT: This research analyzes the role that the Junta de acción comunitaria (JAC) of El Pedregal, a village in the municipality of Itagüí, have had into the municipal planning processes focus inside the territories that belong to the JAC, during the last three mayoralty periods from the year 2008 to 2019. The focusing used to guide this investigation revolves around how the Pedregal JAC have tried to counter the forms of marginalization imposed from the municipality central planning to resolve the rural zone problems.
