Reconocimiento arqueológico para la elaboración del inventario de petroglifos en la Nueva Caramanta, Antioquia

Abstract

RESUMEN: La propuesta investigativa que se enseña en este documento fue llevada a cabo entre el segundo semestre del año 2016 y el primer semestre del año 2017 en Colombia, en el departamento de Antioquia, en el municipio de la Nueva Caramanta. El objetivo general fue realizar un análisis espacial de los petroglifos de la zona para identificar posibles patrones respecto a su ubicación , para esto primero debieron ser identificadas las estaciones rupestres, así que, se propuso como objetivo específico llevar a cabo un proceso de reconocimiento de bienes de interés cultural y patrimonial de orden mueble de acuerdo con la Matriz de Clasificación y Registro de Bienes Muebles, presentada por el Ministerio de Cultura en su Manual Instructivo para Inventarios de Bienes Culturales, clasificados en el grupo “De carácter arqueológico", en el subgrupo "Arte Rupestre", categoría "petroglifos" (Ministerio de Cultura, 2005: 79) en los corregimientos de Alegrías y Sucre, específicamente en las veredas: Naranjal, la Frisolera, Aguadita Grande, Aguadita Chiquita, San Antonio, Sucre, Chirapotó y Manzanares. Esta investigación permitió identificar diez sitios con manifestaciones rupestres, 3 posibles sitios de vivienda y 20 huellas de guaquería, además, las conversaciones con algunos habitantes de las veredas permitieron obtener información contextual de una urna funeraria y un hacha en piedra. Fue posible evidenciar que las rocas con manifestaciones rupestres de estas veredas no se encuentran dispersas sobre el espacio, sino que, forman una franja horizontal casi lineal que bordea la parte media de una de las laderas del río Cauca.

ABSTRACT: The research proposal that is taught in this document was carried out between the second semester of 2016 and the first semester of 2017 in Colombia, in the department of Antioquia, in the municipality of Nueva Caramanta. The general objective was to perform a spatial analysis of the petroglyphs of the area to identify possible patterns regarding their location, for this first the rock stations had to be identified, so, it was proposed as a specific objective to realize a process of recognition of goods of cultural and patrimonial interest of movable order in accordance with the Matrix of Classification and Registration of Movable Property, presented by the Ministry of Culture in its Instructional Manual for Inventories of Cultural Assets, classified in the group "Of archaeological character", in the subgroup "Rupestre Art", category "petroglifos" (Ministry of Culture, 2005: 79) in the corregimientos of Alegrías and Sucre, specifically in the villages: Naranjal, La Frisolera, Aguadita Grande, Aguadita Chiquita, San Antonio, Sucre, Chirapotó and Manzanares. This research allowed to identify 10 sites with rock art, 3 possible housing sites and 20 hours, also, the conversations with some inhabitants of the villages allowed to obtaining contextual information of a funeral urn and an ax in stone. It was possible to show that the rocks with rock manifestations of these paths are not scattered over the space, but form a horizontal almost linear strip that borders the middle part of one of the slopes of the Cauca River.
