El estado y el "paraestado" en Colombia : seguimiento desde Human Rights Watch y Amnistía Internacional (1980 - 2017)

Abstract

RESUMEN: El objetivo central que se plantea el siguiente texto es identificar el contexto histórico de los informes de Amnistía Internacional y Human Rights Watch sobre el Estado colombiano, en relación con el paramilitarismo, [e identificar las posibilidades de entender cómo este término se refunde en el uso amplio y constante de estrategias parainstitucionales en la política del país.] Ambos organismos han aportado desde la década del ochenta hasta la actualidad, numerosos informes e investigaciones en relación con el conflicto interno en Colombia. De dicho contenido ha sido posible hallar una documentación amplia para desarrollar el objetivo de este trabajo.

ABSTRACT: The main objective of the following text is to identify the historical context of the Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch reports on the Colombian State, in relation to paramilitarism, [and identify the possibilities of understanding how this term is re-founded in the use ample and constant of parainstitutional strategies in the politics of the country.] Both organisms have contributed from the decade of the eighty until the present, numerous reports and investigations in relation to the internal conflict in Colombia. From this content it has been possible to find ample documentation to develop the objective of this work.
