Sistema de enfriamiento evaporativo hibrido off-grid, utilizando energía solar, para ampliar la oferta comercial de la empresa DOING FRESH AIR S.A.S.Estudio de pre-factibilidad

Abstract

RESUMEN : Doing Fresh Air es una empresa dedicada a la venta de sistemas de enfriamiento evaporativo fundada en 2014. Esta empresa ha tenido ventas muy cambiantes y ha presentado perdidas. La idea de la empresa es crecer y sostenerse. Siguiendo los lineamientos de la empresa, se busca una configuración del sistema de enfriamiento evaporativo alimentado por energía solar, que ayude a que la empresa aumente sus ventas y su participación en sector. Para esto, se hace el siguiente estudio en el que primero se describe un poco la empresa, el sector y las necesidades actuales sobre temas de ventilación y climatización. Luego de describir unos objetivos del estudio se procedió a analizar el entorno en el que la empresa funciona, sus implicaciones legales y ambientes, el nicho de la mercado al que se apunta y sus características, se plantean estrategias, se estudian los equipos y su funcionamiento, para al final hacer un análisis financiero de lo que se quiere hacer y los riesgos que implican esta inversión. Se concluyó que es viable desde el punto de vista de pre factibilidad sin embargo en la factibilidad se debe hacer énfasis en las algunas variables que son mencionadas.

ABSTRACT : Doing Fresh Air is a company dedicated to the sale of evaporative cooling systems founded in 2014. This company has had very changing sales and has presented losses. The idea of the company is to grow and sustain. Following the guidelines of the company, a configuration of the evaporative cooling system powered by solar energy is sought, which helps the company increase its sales and its participation in the sector. For this, the following study is done in which the company, the sector and the current needs on ventilation and air conditioning issues are described first. After describing some objectives of the study, we proceeded to analyze the environment in which the company operates, its legal implications and environments, the niche of the market to which it is targeted and its characteristics, strategies are proposed, the teams are studied and their operation , to finally make a financial analysis of what you want to do and the risks involved in this investment. It was concluded that it is feasible from the point of view of prefeasibility however feasibility should be emphasized in the some variables that are mentioned.
