Modelos didácticos y algunas variables psicológicas para la enseñanza deportiva en la etapa de iniciación

Abstract

RESUMEN: Los modelos Didácticos para la enseñanza en la Educación Física han tenido un importante desarrollo histórico, contando con variedad de propuestas o espectros, como los denominó Musska Mosston desde mediados de los años 60, que han permeado el ámbito deportivo, generando toda una dinámica en su enseñanza. Por otra parte, disciplinas como la psicología deportiva se han preocupado por analizar los diferentes mecanismos de aprendizaje de los sujetos, motivo por el cual encontramos propuestas alternativas desde este ámbito, que contribuyen al aprendizaje deportivo. En este texto se presentan elementos constitutivos de los deportes, se hace un recorrido por los diferentes modelos didácticos para su enseñanza y se presentan algunas técnicas psicológicas que hacen hincapié en el aprendizaje deportivo.

ABSTRACT: Didactical models in Physical Education teaching have been involved in a great historical trip with a variety of proposals or spectra as they were called by Musska Mosston since the mid-60. Those proposals have crossed the sport threshold which has created a real dynamic in its teaching. On the other hand, other disciplines such as cognitive psychology have been concerned in analyzing which are the different learning mechanisms of the people nowadays and this is how we have identified some other alternative proposals in Physical Education teaching which contribute to sports training. This paper focuses on presenting the different elements which are part of the sports practicing and teaching; besides, this paper explores different teaching models in Physical Education teaching and it also shows some psychological techniques which emphasize in sports training.
