La semejanza en Aristóteles

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este artículo se tratará de mostrar cómo la noción de semejanza cumple un importante papel en la construcción de los distintos saberes, y por lo tanto en los procesos de conceptualización que los hace posibles. Con elfin de establecer la utilización que de esta noción se hace. se hará un rápido recorrido por las distintas formas de su conceptualización, por el papel que cumple en la producción del saber y por los procesos de pensamiento que permiten establecer semejanzas. Finalmente se hace referencia a las reflexiones que esta forma de operar suscita en dos pensadores contemporáneos: Gadamer y Ricoeur.

ABSTRACT: This paper purports to show how the no/ion of resemblance plays an importan! role, in the construction of various disciplines, and therefore in the Concept-making processes that structure them. An overview of the different ways of concept-formation will be presented, for the purpose of establishing the uses that this notion has been going through. The relevance ofConcept- formal ion in the production of knowledge, and that of through-processes in establishing resemblance are remarked here. Final/y, reference is made of the reflections this way of working provokes in /11'0 contemporary philosophers, Gadamer and Ricoeur.
