La historia tras la muerte del arte

Abstract

RESUMEN: El artículo se ocupa del problema de/fin del arte estableciendo una relación entre el arte y la historia del arte, y resalta, además, la importancia de sus efectos teóricos y metodológicos sobre la historiografía del arte. Así, pretende establecer un vínculo entre la posibilidad y desarrollo de las disciplinas que se refieren al arte, como por ejemplo la historia del arte, y lo que se entiende como arte. Sin embargo, no se pretende ver el marco conceptual del arte como el resultado de una historia exclusivamente filosófica, sino también ligado a su condición histórica y a la reflexión en torno a determinados conceptos y realidades históricamente dadas.

ABSTRACT: n this article the end of art is studied by means of a relation between art and the history of art, and there are mentioned also its importan/ theoretical and methodological effects on the historiography of art. Its purpose is to connect the assumed existence and development of disciplines related to art, such as the history o f art, to what is defined as art. Nevertheless, the conceptual frame o f art is not considered here merely as the result of a philosophical history. lt is thought to be determined as well by its historical condition and by certain concepts and realities.
