Una mirada hacia la subjetividad de los y las psicólogas que trabajan en el restablecimiento de derechos de niños, niñas y adolescentes vulnerados

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad identificar y develar cuáles son las manifestaciones subjetivas que atraviesan los y las psicólogas mientras ejercen su labor en la atención de niños, niñas y adolescentes vulnerados, que se encuentran en procesos de restablecimiento de derechos del Sistema Nacional de Bienestar Familiar (SNBF). A partir de postulados como sujeto, subjetividad, afectos y representaciones sociales, se integraron tres capítulos que enrutaron el desarrollo y profundización del tópico. En el capítulo I se retoman los constructos de niñez y adolescencia, y se brinda un acercamiento a la actualidad de la vulneración y el restablecimiento de derechos en Colombia, cifras y realidades; además, se contextualiza el rol del psicólogo en este campo. El capítulo II desarrolla el marco teórico de esta investigación, descrita en secciones definidas como: “Subjetividades y representaciones sociales en las lógicas institucionales” y “Entre afectos y afectaciones subjetivas”. El capítulo III describe los resultados de este estudio, distribuidos en apartados denominados como: “Una aproximación a las representaciones sociales en el marco del restablecimiento de derechos del SNBF” y “Entre lo agradable y lo displacentero, afectos y afectaciones derivadas de la atención psicológica a niños, niñas y adolescentes vulnerados”

ABSTRACT: The present work aims to identify and disclose which are the subjective manifestations that psychologists experience while performing their labor on the attention of harmed children and adolescents, those who are participating in restoration of rights processes belonging to the National Familiar Welfare System (SNBF). From postulates such as subject, subjectivity, affections, and social representations, three chapters were integrated and they marked the path for developing and deepening on the topic. Chapter I reviews the constructs of childhood and adolescence; it also includes a close-up to the current situation of violation of rights and restoration of rights in Colombia, with numbers and actual data – and besides, it contextualizes the role of psychologists in this field. Chapter II develops the theoretical framework for this investigation, inscribed in sections such as: “Subjectivities and social representations into institutional logics” and “Between affections and subjective affectations”. Chapter III describes the results of the present study, distributed in segments called “An approach to social representations in the framework of restoration of rights by SNBF” and “Between the pleasant and the unpleasant: affections and affectations derived from psychological attention to harmed children and adolescents”
