Práctica solidaria - todos por la cultura en el territorio

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente escrito es un informe del proceso de acompañamiento que se realizó en la secretaría de educación del municipio de Yarumal Antioquia, específicamente en el área de la casa de la cultura “Francisco Antonio Cano” comprendida entre septiembre del año 2020 y diciembre del año 2021, esta se realiza bajo la practica solidaria del pregrado de Trabajo Social de la Universidad de Antioquia, dicha actividad tiene como propósito principal democratizar los proceso y proyectos de la institución siempre bajo el quehacer profesional y aplicando los conocimientos obtenidos a lo largo de la carrera, generando así construcciones en torno a estrategias, acciones y reflexiones de la mano de un grupo transdisciplinar quien acompañó el proyecto. Dicha intervención se sustentó bajo la teoría de la I.A.P (Investigación-Acción-Participación) como método se implementó el DRP (Diagnóstico Rápido Participativo) teniendo en cuenta que la comunidad es la principal conocedora de su realidad y necesidades para resolver la problemática territorial en cuanto a cultura, arte y patrimonio.

Es por eso que a lo largo del informe se describen diversas estrategias sociales realizadas en este periodo para la consecución de los objetivos planteados, como lo fue el acompañamiento continuo del Consejo de Cultura, participación activa en el fortalecimiento del tema en patrimonio del municipio, trabajar sobre el diagnóstico y planteamiento del Plan Decenal de Cultura con otros actores que estaban en el proceso, sistematización de prácticas originadas en el camino, entre muchas otras acciones que generaron procesos de retroalimentación mejoras y aprendizajes para el quehacer profesional.

ABSTRACT: This writing is a report of the accompaniment process that was carried out in the secretary of education of the municipality of Yarumal Antioquia, specifically in the area of the house of culture "Francisco Antonio Cano" between September of the year 2020 and December of the year 2021 , this is carried out under the solidarity practice of the Social Work undergraduate of the University of Antioquia, this activity has as its main purpose to democratize the processes and projects of the institution always under the professional task and applying the knowledge obtained throughout the career, thus generating constructions around strategies, actions and reflections from the hand of a transdisciplinary group who accompanied the project. This intervention was based on the I.A.P (Research-Action-Participation), as a method, the PRA (Rapid Participatory Diagnosis) was implemented, taking into account that the community is the main connoisseur of its reality and needs to solve the territorial problem in terms of culture, art and heritage.

That is why, throughout the report, various social strategies carried out in this period are described to achieve the stated objectives, such as the continuous accompaniment of the Council of Culture, active participation in strengthening the theme of the municipality's heritage, working on the diagnosis and approach of the Ten-Year Culture Plan with other actors who were in the process, systematization of practices originated along the way, among many other actions that generated feedback processes, improvements and learning for professional work.
