Análisis de la creación de valor en la organización SIMRELB T.V. S.A.S, teniendo como base de los indicadores financieros principales

Abstract

RESUMEN : El presente estudio se realiza con el fin de analizar la estructura financiera y la creación de valor de la empresa SIMRELB TV, en el desarrollo de la práctica se identifican y se estructuran los indicadores financieros principales, partiendo de los resultados históricos de los estados financieros de los año 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 y 2020 realizando un diagnóstico financiero con el fin de analizar el crecimiento y las variaciones de cada rubro, esto permite a la gerencia medir el progreso comparando los resultados alcanzados con las operaciones planeadas; estructurar los indicadores financieros permite valorar la estructura financiara a través de unos resultados cuantitativos con su interpretación y posterior a ellos se analiza la creación de valor. El presente trabajo busca fortalecer la estructura financiera en la organización, a través de la aplicabilidad de los indicadores financieros, realizando los respectivos ajustes en el tiempo con el fin de obtener mejores resultados, creando políticas que apoyen en la toma de decisiones en la gerencia. Finalmente se analiza la creación de valor aplicando dos herramientas, el EBITDA que nos permite analizar la estructura operacional, y posterior a ello el EVA que nos permite tener resultados sobre la generación de valor, se analiza el comportamiento y las variaciones históricas y se entregan algunas recomendaciones a considerar por parte de la organización.

ABSTRACT : This study is conducted in order to analyze the financial structure and value creation of the company SIMRELB TV, in the development of the practice the main financial indicators are identified and structured, based on the historical results of the financial statements of the year 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 performing a financial diagnosis in order to analyze the growth and variations of each item, this allows management to measure progress by comparing the results achieved with the planned operations; structuring the financial indicators allows to assess the financial structure through quantitative results with their interpretation and then analyze the creation of value. This work seeks to strengthen the financial structure in the organization, through the applicability of financial indicators, making the respective adjustments over time in order to obtain better results, creating policies that support decision-making in management. Finally, value creation is analyzed by applying two tools, the EBITDA that allows us to analyze the operational structure, and after that the EVA that allows us to have results on the generation of value, the behavior and historical variations are analyzed and some recommendations to be considered by the organization are given.
