Incrementar la productividad mediante la parametrización del software Mántum

Abstract

RESUMEN : El presente proyecto muestra la parametrización del software Mántum utilizado en el CS (Centro de soluciones) de mantenimiento de la Compañía de Alimentos Colombianos CALCO S.A., este se convierte en un pilar importante para la gestión que se realiza en el CS tiene relación directa con todas las actividades realizadas, hace que sea necesario y crítico el poder llevar un mejor registro del mismo. Para realizar la mejora de este se usa la gestión por procesos y las herramientas PHVA (Planear-Hacer-Verificar-Actuar), con el fin de realizar mejoras en el flujo de trabajo del proceso y optimizar los subprocesos del área y tener un mayor control de las solicitudes incrementando así la eficiencia del CS.

ABSTRACT : This project shows the parameterization of the Mántum software used in the Maintenance Solutions Center of the Colombian Food Company CALCO SA, this becomes an important pillar for the management that is conducted in the CS, it is related to all the activities conducted, makes it necessary and critical to carry out a better record of it. To improve this, process management and the PHVA tools Plan-Do-Check-Act are used, to make improvements in the workflow of the process and perfect the sub-processes of the area and have greater control of requests thus increasing the efficiency of the CS.
