Hospedaje rural basado en la economía circular. Propuesta de un Emprendimiento en el Municipio de Rionegro, Antioquia

Abstract

RESUMEN : El Trabajo expuesto está centrado en la investigación de una propuesta de hotel rural en el Municipio de Rionegro, especialmente en las inmediaciones del Aeropuerto Internacional José María Córdova. Se plantea una propuesta, de acuerdo a los diferentes espacios del terreno, diferentes viviendas en la parte alta del terreno, algunas de ellas con restaurantes y zonas de parqueo, que se rehabilitará convenientemente, atendiendo tanto a lo exigido por las normas de planeación municipal como a los requerimientos de la comunidad autónoma. Por esta razón que la economía circular es de gran importancia en esta propuesta, siendo la misma la que ayudará al crecimiento y la sustentabilidad del hotel, por su metodología aplicada y que la misma impulsa al desarrollo de una manera sostenible para el municipio. También es importante tener en cuenta que el mismo se desarrolle en el medio rural y áreas naturales, compatibles con el desarrollo sostenible, y con el aprovechamiento óptimo de los recursos, la preservación y mejora del entorno. El turismo rural ofrece alojamiento en pueblos y parajes naturales, a veces también en los alrededores de enclaves turísticos, por lo que se optó por proponer este tipo de alojamiento en zona rural, lo cual permite el crecimiento y desarrollo de manera sostenible. En este trabajo propone un servicio de alojamiento, que incluya fortalezas en la zona que facilite a los clientes poder realizar cualquier actividad, ya sea deportiva, de aventura, de compras o simplemente cultural, para ello se tendrá un contacto permanente con los diferentes prestadores de servicios. De acuerdo a la anterior, se plantea el siguiente problema: ¿Cómo implementar un hospedaje rural, por medio de un modelo de economía circular, que aporte al Desarrollo Sostenible de la región?, Esta pregunta pretende responderse en la implementación del proyecto, por medio de un caso de estudio de emprendimiento, pretendiendo buscar no solo una oferta competitiva e innovadora, sino, también un aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales de manera sostenible, seguro y regenerativo, a través de economía circular.

ABSTRACT : The exposed work is focused on the investigation of a rural hotel proposal in the Municipality of Rionegro, especially in the vicinity of the José María Córdova International Airport. A proposal is proposed, according to the different spaces of the land, different houses in the upper part of the land, some of them with restaurants and parking areas, which will be conveniently rehabilitated, meeting both the requirements of the municipal planning regulations and to the requirements of the autonomous community. For this reason, the circular economy is of great importance in this proposal, being the same one that will help the growth and sustainability of the hotel, due to its applied methodology and that it promotes development in a sustainable way for the municipality. It is also important to take into account that it takes place in rural areas and natural areas, compatible with sustainable development, and with the optimal use of resources, preservation and improvement of the environment. Rural tourism offers accommodation in towns and natural areas, sometimes also in the surroundings of tourist enclaves, so it was decided to propose this type of accommodation in rural areas, which allows growth and development in a sustainable manner. In this work, it proposes an accommodation service, which includes strengths in the area that makes it easier for clients to carry out any activity, be it sports, adventure, shopping or simply cultural, for which they will have permanent contact with the different service providers. services. According to the above, the following problem arises: How to implement a rural lodging, through a circular economy model, that contributes to the Sustainable Development of the region? This question is intended to be answered in the implementation of the project, through of a case study of entrepreneurship, intending to seek not only a competitive and innovative offer, but also a use of natural resources in a sustainable, safe and regenerative way, through circular economy.
