Propuesta de Plan de Manejo Arqueológico para la conservación e investigación de una construcción no registrada en el Área Arqueológica Protegida Piedras Blancas. Resolución ICANH 024 14 de febrero de 2019

Abstract

RESUMEN: El hallazgo fortuito de una construcción de ladrillo no registrada en el Área Arqueológica Protegida Piedras Blancas, se propone un Plan de Manejo Arqueológico (PMA), siguiendo los lineamientos constitucionales y legislativos presentados que rigen el Patrimonio Arqueológico Nacional y su tratamiento contemplados en la resolución 024 de 2019 del Instituto Colombiano de Antropología ICANH donde se reglamenta el uso del suelo para la investigación y conservación del patrimonio allí presente. La propuesta se sustenta en el registro, descripción y localización de la estructura y el planteamiento de hipótesis sobre su temporalidad, posibles usos y funcionamiento. Se proponen igualmente acciones para su preservación y conocimiento de los habitantes y visitantes.

ABSTRACT: The fortuitous discovery of an unregistered brick construction in the Piedras Blancas Protected Archaeological Area, an Archaeological Management Plan (PMA) is proposed, following the constitutional and legislative guidelines presented that govern the National Archaeological Heritage and its treatment contemplated in resolution 024 of 2019 of the Colombian Institute of Anthropology ICANH where the use of the land for the investigation and conservation of the heritage present there is regulated. The proposal is based on the registration, description and location of the structure and the assumption of hypotheses about its temporality, possible uses and operation. Actions are also proposed for its preservation and knowledge of the inhabitants and visitors.
