El estatuto de la responsabilidad en el tratamiento de las urgencias subjetivas en las psicosis

Abstract

RESUMEN: La investigación se desarrolla en torno a la pregunta sobre el estatuto de la responsabilidad en el tratamiento psicoanalítico de las urgencias subjetivas de las psicosis, retomando algunas elaboraciones de Freud y Lacan para indagar sobre los conceptos de trauma y angustia. Si bien, la responsabilidad no es un concepto psicoanalítico, se establecen coordenadas teóricas para situar en las urgencias subjetivas de las psicosis una respuesta del sujeto frente a lo real que emerge, el decir del sujeto respecto a lo que ocasiona la urgencia tiene lugar en el tratamiento. Por último, la puntualización de la discusión teórica a partir de tres viñetas clínicas sirve para evidenciar las intervenciones analíticas, así como una comparativa con la propuesta de intervención psiquiátrica.

ABSTRACT: This research is developed around the cuestion of the status of responsability in the psychoanalytic treatment of the subjective urgencies of pychosis take in up some of Freud´s and Lacan´s elaborations to investigate de concepts of trauma and distress. Although responsability is not a psychoanalytical concept, theoretical cordinates are established in order to situate in the subjective urgencies of pyschosis a response of the subject in front of the real that emerges, the subjetc´s statement about what causes the urgencie takes place in the treatment. Finally, the puntcuation of the theoretical discussion from three clinical vignettes serves to evidence the analitycal inerterventions, as well as a comparison with the psychiatric intervention proposal
