Un programa interactivo para el desarrollo de la comprensión lectora

Abstract

RESUMEN: Esta propuesta didáctica es en esencia un contexto para la interacción entre el lector y la escritura, un espacio para las transacciones entre el punto y el lenguaje, un entorno para que el niño explore, construya, invente, goce y sueñe significados a partir del texto. Más allá de su estructura formal las estrategias que configuran este programa sólo buscan hacer posible que la incursión del niño en el mundo del lenguaje escrito sea una experiencia más jubilosa, menos incierta, más insinuante y pletórica de resonancias vitales.

ABSTRACT: This program designed to develop reading comprehension skills is essentially a context for reader-text interaction, a space for transactions between thoughí and language, an environment suitable for the student to explore, build, invent, enjoy, and bring meanings out of the text Beyond its formal structure, the strategies that comprise this program only attempt to make possible that students enter into the world of writing and this to be a more pleasant, provocative, and less uncertain experience which is rich in vital feelings. The experimentation of this program with 1500 fífth grade students enrolled in 30 public schools of Medellín (Colombia) showed a positive impact on their reading ability almost four times higher than the regular reading program.
